I’m pretty sure these are evap lines but I just wanted to get some more opinions about them. My phone camera can barely pick up the second because of how faint they are. One is a regular photo and the other is the negative

It's really tricky to tell, sometimes! NHS advice that says the most reliable time to test is any time from the first day of a missed period OR at least 21 days after having unprotected sex (if you don't know when your next period is due).
