Hi all,

I'm due with my first baby on 25.09.2022 so just over 8 weeks at the moment 😍😍

I had a telephone appointment with the GP about 4 weeks ago who was going to refer me to the midwife, but so far I've heard nothing from the midwife.

I know I'm meant to have my booking appointment between 8-10 weeks. Now I'm within that period I'm wondering whether it's normal not to have heard?

Hi I'm due end of September aswell I have midwife on Friday they emailed me an booked me an appointment and hadn't even spoken to a midwife x

Hi,

am also due end of September I haven’t had a conversation with a doctor or midwife yet apart from when I was taken into the hospital, I called my doctors and the receptionist told me to fill out a self referral form online and then the midwife will contact me with an appointment going forward xxx

Hi Lauran

I managed to speak to the midwife today, after chasing GP and I'm booked in next week. The midwife did say as I'm 8 weeks they want to get my in ASAP so I would chase your GP for a contact number for the midwives.
