Son struggling to maintain friendships

new to this!

I’m really worried about my son (13).

He really suffers with his self esteem and struggles to maintain any friendships. I really

dont think covid helped as he started a new school then covid hit so hasn’t really formed any friendships within school. Basically he has no friends in school and wonders around on his own which makes him a target for bullies.

Are there any similar parents out there who would like to meet up to help try and form friendships for our kids.

My son, likes Xbox, Fortnight/ Minecraft, you tube, boxing, Star Wars, Marvel and Lego.

i’m around the Oldhill/ Halesowen area but happy to meet up.
