Just wondering is it too early to get my LO into a bedtime routine? He's 3 months will be 4 months at the end of this month. He used to settle really well at night but now won't settle unless one of us rocks him in our arms until he falls asleep. Whats the best way to start a bedtime routine?

Hi Katie
Although routines can be great for us adults it is unrealistic to expect a young baby under 6 months to 'follow' a routine. Its always best to allow for flexibility and knowing that there are many factors that can affect LOs feeding and sleeping patterns. This can be from hunger, teething, illness, growth spurts, brain development etc just to name a few.
You may find Netmums baby sleep guide more helpful in looking more into sleep as your Lo passes the 4 month stage.
I hope this helps
