Unusual nappy rash

Hiya, sorry for the graphic image but has anyone any idea what kind of rash this is? Started out as small pimple like spots and after GP recommended metanium it's turned to these blister like bumps?! Doesn't seem to be causing any irritation other than when wiping to cleanse.

I am sorry but the photo has uploaded so I am unable to see the rash.
However, given your description I wonder if seeking further advice from the GP if the spots/rash has changed as it may need different treatment
Your local pharmacist may also be able to help assess and recommend treatment if appropriate
