Moles/freckles

I really don't know whether these are moles or freckles but is 15 months not too young for these to start appearing? My LO always wears sun cream and a hat but she has a few tiny brown spots appeared on her face.
Moles freckles? I thought freckles we're grouped together. Not sure why it makes me so anxious.

It's likely to be freckles now the sun's out , suncream won't stop them xx so don't worry
My little boy is 11 now and always has hundreds in the summer the nice weather always brings them out.
