Why is he vaping in the kids room when reading to them?

No he’s a pathetic waste of space. If he can’t put the health of your children before his need to stick a bit of plastic in his mouth, I’d say he needs to get out

That's simply not acceptable. Vaping has not been proven safe even for healthy people, let alone for people with health conditions. You might have to lay down an ultimatum. Give him certain areas he can vape in, perhaps a room the children don't go into much as well as outdoors. I'm assuming you've told him about the danger to the children's health. Perhaps find some information from a medical source about it to show him. If after compromising to only vape in some places, and trying to teach him about the risks, you may have to ask him to leave the house, as the children's health comes first. Either that or you go elsewhere with the children.

Hi Clare, I am so sorry that you're having to deal with such a irresponsible and selfish partner! Tell him in no uncertain terms, that if he doesn't stop vaping in the home that you will report him to child services, as this is endangering your children's precious lives! Also tell him that you will not tolerate such reckless behaviour and that if he refuses to put his children's welfare first, then he can leave! And don't call his bluff - change the locks when he's out of the house if necessary, and leave him a box of clothes and essentials on the front lawn!

You need to put down clear boundaries with your husband and tell him to vape outside. He’s risking their health

I'm fairly certain that vaping hasn't been tested thoroughly enough to know all of the dangers, as your children already have Heath issues I'd insisting that he only vape outside!

Omg what us wrong with him. I smoke and vape but I do neither in my house for my children's sake and tell whoever i have round to go outside because my children do not need to be exposed to these bad habits. Please pull him up on it or even go in the bedroom whilst he is reading to them and take it off of him. Yes this may cause arguments and he may not like it but he us exposing them to potential harmful chemicals as nothing is proven. If he won't understand that he can be harming his children then there us something wrong. I can go hours without having either so why can't he. Please it's not healthy and he should understand this. If he can't then there is something wrong here

What a selfish horrible person he is if he wants to vape thats fine but not around kids or others thats not on he needs to grow up and stop being so selfish and you need to put your foot down for your kids health hes probably caused your childs asthma in the first place im disgusted by him tbh.
