Took panadol for fever and sore boobs disappear

Hi I am 8 weeks and was down with fever. I took panadol to relieve my temps and now my boobs is not sore. Its my only assurance that im pregnant and now its gone. So worried! anyone knows if its ok or should i ring my epu?

i think it’s safe to take during pregnancy. I also had a cold this weekend and I’m 8 weeks pregnant and so I researched loads and it seems safe .
im also at the point where I have no symptoms apart from sore boobs sometimes but it’s not every day and comes and goes. Have you had any pains or anything xx

went in for a scan because I was so paranoid and baby is healthy and kicking. aparently the panadol is a painkiller so sore breast tend to temporarily disappear and return back after the meds out from our system. 😂
